## General Requirements for Applicants
Before applying for any of the available positions, candidates must ensure they meet the following core criteria:
* Professional Integrity: Ability to act as a responsible public servant and a unifying force for the nation.
* Eligibility: Must not currently be a recipient of an LPDP scholarship or in the process of applying for one.
* Legal Standing: No history of criminal convictions based on legally binding court rulings.
* Residency: Successful candidates must be willing to be stationed in Jakarta.
* Conflict of Interest: No familial relationships with current LPDP employees.
## Open Positions and Qualifications
All positions listed below are offered on a one-year contract basis. Candidates must possess a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
Corporate & Administrative Roles
* Organization, HR, and General Affairs (1 Position): S1 degree in Psychology, HR Management, or Industrial Engineering. Open to fresh graduates or those with up to 3 years of experience.
* Legal (2 Positions): S1 in Law with at least 2 years of experience. Expertise in legal drafting, investment law, and contract management is highly valued.
* Internal Audit (2 Positions): S1 in any major with at least 1 year of experience in auditing, business process analysis, or data processing.
Financial and Investment Management
* Risk Management (1 Position): S1 in Finance or Accounting with 2 years of experience in risk or investment management. Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is essential.
* Money Market Investment (1 Position): S1 in Economics, Finance, or Accounting. Fresh graduates or those with up to 3 years of experience are welcome. Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
* Capital Market Investment (2 Positions): S1 in Finance-related fields with 2 years of experience in financial/investment analysis. CFA, WMI, or BSMR level 1 certifications and data analytics skills (Power BI, Python) are preferred.
* Asset Management (1 Position): S1 in Economics or Finance with 2 years of experience. Strong background in investment and data management required.
* Settlement (1 Position): S1 in Finance/Accounting. Open to fresh graduates or those with up to 3 years of experience.
Scholarship and Research Programs
* Scholarship Recruitment & Selection (2 Positions): S1 in any major with 1 year of experience. Must have strong data management skills.
* Scholarship Monitoring & Evaluation (2 Positions): S1 in any major. Open to fresh graduates or those with 3 years of experience.
* Scholarship Distribution (3 Positions): S1 in any major. Focused on data management and administrative accuracy.
* Scholarship Partnerships (1 Position): S1 in any major. Experience in international cooperation and legal drafting is highly preferred.
* Scholarship Development (1 Position): S1 in Education Policy, Management, or related fields with 2 years of experience.
* Research Evaluation (2 Positions): S2 degree in any major. Experience in research or project management is highly preferred.
