## General Requirements
All applicants must fulfill the following mandatory criteria:

## Core Responsibilities by Role
Technical Experts (Team Leader and Specialists)
* Team Leader: Oversees the entire project workflow, ensures compliance with contract documents, coordinates with all experts and stakeholders, and provides technical guidance to service providers.
* Technical Specialists: Conduct site inspections, oversee commissioning trials for infrastructure (piping, sanitation, or structural), and ensure all work adheres to engineering specifications and safety standards.
* HSE Expert: Monitors construction safety protocols, identifies project hazards, manages the Environmental Management System (SMKK), and evaluates site accident reports.
Support Staff
* Inspectors: Conduct routine site visits, check material quality (mockups), document progress, and verify that construction complies with technical designs.
* Secretarial & Administrative Staff: Manage official correspondence, archive project documents (contracts, meeting minutes, BAST), coordinate schedules, and maintain digital and physical records.
* Drafters: Prepare and update technical blueprints, ensure drawing compliance with safety regulations, and maintain accurate project documentation.
