The National Commission on Violence Against Women (Komnas Perempuan) invites dedicated professionals and aspiring advocates to join our mission. Established under Presidential Decree No. 181 of 1998 and updated through Presidential Regulation No. 8 of 2024, our organization strives to foster an environment conducive to eradicating violence against women and upholding human rights.
Alongside our permanent and contract structural openings, we are currently opening exclusive internship opportunities to support the upcoming launch of the 2 Decades of the Elimination of Domestic Violence Law (UU PKdRT). Both professional roles detailed below operate within the Division of Legal and Policy Reform. This division spearheads comprehensive legal updates—from program planning and budgeting to implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Division Coordinator in researching, analyzing, and evaluating national-level regulations and policy recommendations.
* Support high-level lobbying and women’s human rights advocacy at the national level.
* Design strategic work plans and draft accurate annual operational budgets.
* Prepare terms of reference (ToR), budget submissions, and detailed programmatic reports.
