## General Requirements for Applicants
To be considered for either program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Age: 23 to 25 years old.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or vocational equivalent (SMK).
* Documentation: Must possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A, B1, or B2) and a recent police clearance record (SKCK).
* Commitment: Willingness to sign a two-year service bond and complete the 2–3 month training period.
* Availability: Must be ready for deployment to any of our operational sites across Indonesia.
* Health: Must pass a comprehensive medical check-up (MCU).
