## Current Opening: Production Specialist Operator
We are seeking a highly skilled and diligent Production Specialist Operator to join our state-of-the-art facility. This role is essential for maintaining our high production standards and ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing lines.
Core Responsibilities
* Machine Operation: Manage, monitor, and conduct routine maintenance of production machinery.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain equipment cleanliness and strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet daily output targets while upholding quality benchmarks.
* Documentation: Prepare detailed daily reports regarding production output, raw material consumption, and any technical challenges encountered during the shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduates in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a production environment.
* Diploma (D3) graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols.
* Core Competencies: A keen eye for detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively within a high-speed production team.
