We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to fill the Production Operator role across multiple strategic hubs in Central Java.
## Job Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, you will act as the backbone of our manufacturing floor, ensuring that daily output meets our strict standards of excellence, efficiency, and safety.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Machine Operations: Seamlessly operate, monitor, and oversee manufacturing machinery to maintain optimal workflow.
* Documentation and Reporting: Accurately record daily manufacturing output, raw material consumption, and operational runtime. Promptly report any machinery malfunctions, technical defects, or quality variances.
* Inventory and Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain pristine housekeeping standards in and around the warehouse areas, specifically near the internal Silo and tent warehouses.
* Quality and Physical Audits: Conduct daily cross-verifications by matching production reports with actual physical inventory.
Logistics Coordination: Prepare outbound shipments by generating comprehensive packing lists and verifying that dispatch quantities precisely match the official delivery orders (surat jalan*).
* Freight Management: Oversee the thorough inspection of inbound and outbound goods against delivery documentation, while actively participating in loading and unloading processes.
* Stock Auditing and Supply Tracking: Execute monthly stock opcodes and continuously monitor consumable inventories—such as silo materials and printing inks—providing immediate alerts when supplies run low.
* Additional Duties: Handle supplementary tasks assigned by management, subject to periodic performance and role reviews.
