* Work Package Preparation: Develop comprehensive work packages to ensure seamless project execution.
* Schedule Optimization: Analyze fabrication schedules and provide valuable feedback to the Planning Team for necessary corrections.

* Quality Assurance: Verify that all materials, fabrications, and installations strictly adhere to engineering drawings and project specifications.
* Inventory Control: Regularly check material availability, review weekly material reports, and initiate site queries to optimize available resources through authorized substitutions.
* Site Support: Deliver hands-on field guidance while guaranteeing compliance with both Company and Project standards.
* Collaboration & Communication:
* Participate in production meetings to voice concerns and report bottlenecks.
* Collaborate with Detailing Engineers to guarantee timely drawing releases and communicate approved changes effectively.
* Coordinate with shop and erection supervisors to maintain alignment with the project plan.
* Performance Monitoring: Track scope modifications, production revision orders, weekly fabrication progress, productivity metrics, and labor man-hours.
* Constraint Management: Evaluate two-week look-ahead plans to proactively identify and resolve constraints related to materials, drawings, and actual construction site conditions.
