## Role Overview: Warehouse Administrator
The Warehouse Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining the seamless flow of our supply chain. This position is responsible for overseeing inventory integrity, ensuring that our high standards of quality control are met from the moment products arrive until they are dispatched to customers.
Core Responsibilities
* Inventory Receiving: Managing the intake of products and verifying that all incoming shipments strictly match our quality and quantity standards.
* Strategic Storage: Organizing warehouse stock while adhering to strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles to maintain freshness and efficiency.
* Stock Integrity: Maintaining precise records of physical stock levels and cross-referencing them with administrative data to ensure 100% accuracy.
* Operational Reporting: Preparing and presenting routine operational reports to provide transparency on warehouse performance.
* Audit Management: Conducting regular stock-taking (stock opname) activities to identify discrepancies and optimize storage management.
## Professional Requirements
To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to warehouse logistics. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or those with at least one year of professional experience in warehouse operations.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
* Professional Skills: Highly communicative, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working effectively both independently and within a team environment.
* Requirements: Male, maximum 35 years of age, and a valid driver's license (must be able to operate a car).
* Location: Candidates residing in or near the placement area (Serang) are strongly preferred.
