## Specialized Career Streams
We are seeking ambitious graduates to join us across four distinct functional streams. To be eligible, candidates must hold a Diploma IV or Bachelor’s degree in the following disciplines:
1. Plantation Stream: Agriculture, Agronomy, Agrotechnology, Plant Pest and Disease, Forestry, Biology, or Soil Science.
2. Personnel & General Services Stream: Accounting, Economics, Management, Taxation, Agribusiness, Socioeconomics, Law, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
3. Engineering Stream: Civil, Mechanical, Agricultural, Heavy Equipment, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
4. Finance & Accounting Stream: Finance, Accounting, or Taxation.
## General Requirements for Applicants
To be considered for the LEOPARD Batch 27 Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Professional Status: Recent graduates or individuals with no more than two years of work experience.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
* Industry Passion: A demonstrated interest in building a career within the palm oil sector.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at our operational sites in Kalimantan.
