## Open Positions: Frontliner Roles
We are currently hiring for Customer Service and Teller positions. These roles are essential to our branch operations and serve as the primary points of contact for our valued clients.
1. Customer Service Responsibilities
As a Customer Service representative, you will act as a consultant for our clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with precision and care. Your key duties include:
* Providing comprehensive product information and promoting suitable financial solutions to meet client needs.
* Delivering exceptional service that aligns with BCA Syariah’s high standards and operational procedures.
* Managing administrative requests, including account opening/closing, data updates, and facility adjustments.
* Executing cross-selling initiatives to introduce our various banking products and services.
* Resolving client inquiries regarding account balances, transaction history, and statement requests.
* Handling and managing client feedback or complaints with a professional, problem-solving mindset.
2. Teller Responsibilities
Tellers are the backbone of our daily operational flow, ensuring that every transaction is processed accurately and securely. Key duties include:
* Managing front-office operational transactions in strict accordance with Islamic banking protocols.
* Handling cash box management and adhering to daily teller transaction limits.
* Performing end-of-day balancing and resolving any discrepancies immediately.
* Managing technical transaction issues, including Communication Time Out (CTO) or offline processing.
* Actively participating in cross-selling products to walk-in clients.
* Supporting general front-office operations as defined by our branch work programs.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure we maintain our high standards of service, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Age: Maximum 27 years old.
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
* Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion abilities; must be friendly, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Teller or Customer Service representative in the banking sector (candidates with previous experience in the Magang Bakti BCA* program are highly encouraged to apply).
* Mobility: Willingness to be placed in any of our branches across the following regions: Jabodetabek, Palembang, Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Solo, or Surabaya.
