## 1. Industrial Relation Senior Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to manage our internal labor dynamics and regulatory compliance.
Core Responsibilities
* Litigation and Advisory: Manage both litigation and non-litigation legal matters.
* Stakeholder Relations: Oversee union and employee relations to foster a harmonious work environment.
* Legal Documentation: Draft legal opinions, establish legal standing, and prepare or review Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
* External Liaison: Coordinate with government labor authorities, including the Department of Manpower (Disnaker) and the Industrial Relations Court (PHI).
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Relation Staff within a manufacturing environment.
* Certification: Possession of an advocate certificate is highly preferred.
* Language: Fluent in professional English, both verbal and written.
* Location: Willingness to work at our Gempol Plant in Pasuruan, East Java.

* Expertise in litigation management and legal drafting.
* Strong proficiency in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal relations.
## 2. QA Internal Audit Specialist
Our Quality Assurance team is looking for a detail-oriented specialist to uphold our rigorous safety and compliance standards.
Core Responsibilities
* Audit Planning: Schedule internal audits and perform annual risk assessments.
* Reporting: Compile and analyze audit results on a monthly and quarterly basis.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve audit findings.
* Product Safety: Ensure all processes align with strict food safety policies.
* External Support: Manage and support pre-external audit inspections.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in QA Internal Auditing within the manufacturing sector.
* Language: Fluent in professional English, both verbal and written.
* Location: Willingness to work at our Pandaan Plant in Pasuruan, East Java.
Key Competencies
* Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
* Solid understanding of BRC, HACCP, and CCP frameworks.
