## The Role: Ensuring Excellence in Food Systems
We are looking for a dedicated QA professional to champion the quality of our digital infrastructure. As we integrate complex systems ranging from Point of Sale (POS) platforms to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), your role will be pivotal in maintaining the seamless functionality that powers our national operations.
Core Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess a solid foundation in software quality assurance with a focus on both manual and automated methodologies:
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience within a software quality assurance capacity.
* Complex Testing Proficiency: Proven track record in designing and executing sophisticated integration, load, and performance testing on production-grade systems.
* Versatile Application Exposure: Extensive experience testing across web, mobile, and API-based environments within highly interconnected system architectures.
* Analytical Mindset: Superior attention to detail, demonstrated by the ability to draft concise, actionable bug reports and comprehensive test documentation.
* Team Synergy: An innate ability to communicate effectively with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to align technical outcomes with organizational goals.
## Technical Requirements and Skills
Our technical environment demands a versatile engineer capable of managing the full software testing lifecycle. Candidates should be proficient in the following domains:
1. Automation and Manual Testing
* Manual Methodology: Expertise in test plan creation, exploratory testing, regression cycles, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* UI Automation: Practical experience using frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
* API Validation: Proficiency in API testing and automation using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
2. Performance and Data Integrity
* System Performance: Ability to execute load and stress testing using tools like k6, JMeter, Locust, or Gatling, with a deep understanding of metrics such as p95/p99 latency, throughput, and error rates.
* Data Proficiency: Strong SQL skills for complex data validation and the preparation of test datasets.
3. DevOps and Environment Management
* CI/CD Integration: Familiarity with integrating test suites into pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
