Candidate Requirements
We invite candidates who meet the following criteria to apply for the upcoming cohort starting in September 2026:
1. Gender/Age: Male, maximum 25 years of age.
2. Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
3. Academic Excellence: Minimum GPA of 3.25.
4. Mobility: Willingness to be stationed anywhere across Indonesia.
5. Residential Readiness: Prepared to reside in company-provided housing during the training period.
6. Commitment: Willingness to adhere to a 2-year service agreement.
7. Physical Health: Good physical and mental health; must not be colorblind.
8. Dedication: Readiness to participate in rigorous, full-time intensive training.
