* Physical and Legal Standing: Must be in good physical and mental health, drug-free, and hold a clean criminal record (SKCK).
* Age Eligibility: Between 23 and 50 years of age at the time of application.
* Regional Connectivity: Preference is given to local residents who possess native language skills relevant to the assignment area.
* Availability: Must be willing to travel to remote locations, work full-time, and reside in the assigned district or sub-district.
