## Candidate Qualifications

* Experience Level: Recent graduates or early-career professionals with no more than two years of work experience.
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial), Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, Biology), Food Technology, Agro-Technology, Animal Science, or related disciplines.
* Academic Performance: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
* Age Limit: Applicants must be no older than 27 years.
* Skill Set: Demonstrated aptitude in leadership, clear communication, and complex analytical thinking.
* Commitment: Must be fully prepared to work on-site at our Evo Manufacturing (EMI) plant located in Tanjung Api-api, Banyuasin, South Sumatra.
