Management Trainee (MT) 2025 – Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess a blend of leadership potential, analytical skills, and a genuine interest in the culinary arts. To qualify for the Management Trainee position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or Food Technology.
* Academic Performance: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 is required.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Language Proficiency: A TOEFL certificate with a minimum score of 450 is required; candidates with high fluency in English are viewed favorably.
