1. Instrument Engineer (Code: AIE05)
We are seeking an experienced Instrument Engineer to provide technical expertise for our complex industrial projects.
* Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in oil & gas, palm oil, or process industries.
* Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience in developing instrumentation documentation, including datasheets, calculations, technical drawings, and control narratives.
* Equipment Knowledge: Skilled in the selection of field instruments, such as gauges, transmitters, switches, and ATG.
* Control Systems: Deep understanding of PLC and DCS systems regarding selection and operational implementation.
* Sizing Expertise: Capable of performing basic sizing for control valves, flow elements, PSVs, and related equipment.
* Quality Assurance: Proficient in reviewing vendor/contractor documentation and providing precise technical feedback.
* Flexibility: Must be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and willing to conduct site visits for supervision and surveys.
* Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Electrical Engineer (Code: AET08)

* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience in industrial construction projects.

* Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, or other industry-standard project control tools.
* Reporting: Ability to generate detailed progress reports and effectively communicate performance metrics to senior management and clients.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
4. Mechanical Engineer (Code: AML11)
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to ensure the integrity and precision of our plant construction projects.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on plant or industrial facilities.
