1. Automation Operator Assistant
This role is responsible for overseeing the production process, including performing machine change-overs, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting in accordance with established work instructions to meet production targets.
* Education: Diploma (D3) degree or high school (SMA/SMK) diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
* Background: Educational focus in Mechanical Engineering or related technical fields.
* Technical Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot machinery and operate both digital and semi-digital production equipment.
* Industry Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing (specifically food, beverage, or automotive sectors) is required.
* Operational Knowledge: Proficient in 5S (5P) methodologies and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
* Age Requirement: 19 to 27 years old.
2. Packing Operator Assistant
The Packing Operator Assistant plays a vital role in executing daily production activities, ensuring that all packing operations strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reach our manufacturing output goals.
* Education: High school (SMA/SMK) diploma specializing in Mechanical Engineering or related technical fields.
* Technical Skills: Competence in machine troubleshooting and operation of digital and semi-digital machinery.
* Industry Experience: Previous tenure in the manufacturing industry, ideally within food/beverage or automotive fields.
* Operational Knowledge: Deep understanding of 5S (5P) practices and TPM standards.
* Age Requirement: 19 to 25 years old.
