## Program Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our trainees are equipped for the complexities of our global operations, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00, or a Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.25 from a reputable university.
* Fields of Study: Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
* Professional Experience: Professionals with two to three years of full-time experience in sectors such as Forestry, Manufacturing, Data Systems, Automotive, or FMCG are encouraged to apply.
* Fresh Graduates: Talented fresh graduates who demonstrate exceptional potential and drive are welcome.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, self-motivation, and the ability to collaborate effectively in team settings or operate independently.
* Communication: Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
## Placement and Operational Excellence
While our corporate operations are headquartered in the heart of Jakarta at Capital Place, 28th Floor, Jl. Jend. Gatot Subroto Kav 18, successful candidates must demonstrate the flexibility to work across our various operational locations.
* Office Location: Jakarta, Indonesia.
* Site Placement: Candidates must be willing to be stationed in Banjarmasin, Samarinda, or other designated company sites as required by business operations.
