## General Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our projects maintain their high standard of excellence, candidates must possess the relevant academic background (minimum D3/S1 degree) and meet the following specific experience criteria:
* For Senior Programmer: Proficiency in GIT tools, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript is mandatory.
* For Sales Trading, QC Inspector, and Senior Piping Engineer: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an EPC or Oil and Gas company is required.
* For Electrical and Instrument Engineers: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within the EPC or Oil and Gas sector is required.
* For Project Manager (Smelter Plant): Candidates must possess at least 10 years of specialized experience in the mining industry.
* Technical Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard software relevant to your specific engineering or technical discipline is essential.
