We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our technical team as an Operator.
## Role Responsibilities
As an Operator at PT Dgas Alam Semesta, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our gas distribution network. Your primary daily responsibilities will include:
* Compression Operations: Mastering the technical operation of industrial compressors to ensure optimal performance.
* Gas Distribution: Managing the precise process of filling Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) at our Mother Station and overseeing safe delivery protocols at customer sites.
* Thermal Equipment Maintenance: Demonstrating a thorough understanding of heat transfer equipment, including heat exchangers, coolers, water heaters, and electric heaters.
* Instrumentation Management: Handling essential instrument components such as regulators, control valves, pressure safety valves (PSV), and various industrial valve systems.
## Candidate Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates who combine technical proficiency with a strong work ethic. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Professional Background: A minimum of two years of hands-on experience within the Oil & Gas or manufacturing industries. Previous experience in a gas-related company is highly preferred.
* Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK/STM), with a preference for candidates who specialized in Mechanical Engineering.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and operational documentation.
* Flexibility: The ability to work shift rotations and a willingness to be stationed at various locations outside of the main city as required.
* Compliance: Must have received the COVID-19 booster vaccination.
