* Educational Background:
* For Agronomy: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Agriculture, Soil Science, Agrotechnology, or Plantation Cultivation.
* For Traction & Mill Engineering: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Product Technology Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship (Magang/PKL) experience in a palm oil plantation environment is highly valued.
* Commitment: Must be willing to undergo intensive training and enter a three-year service bond.
