Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to the auditing profession.
* Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of audit procedures, financial auditing, internal control assessments, and comprehensive risk management.
* Preferred Background: Experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) at the Senior Auditor or Supervisor level is highly advantageous, particularly regarding financial statement audits.
* Core Competencies: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, coupled with the ability to draft audit working papers, identify audit findings, and prepare professional audit reports.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and an unwavering commitment to integrity, objectivity, and precision.
