1. Junior Geologist
As a Junior Geologist, you will play a pivotal role in the technical success of our exploration efforts.
* Execute exploration phases, including geological mapping, drilling oversight, geophysical logging, and coal sampling.
* Prepare comprehensive field reports in accordance with project timelines.
* Conduct detailed descriptions of drill core samples and maintain accurate drill logs.
* Perform data interpretation for geophysical logging and manage the integrity of the drilling database.
* Collaborate closely with the exploration team to ensure all tasks meet internal standards and safety protocols.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
* Technical proficiency in coal mapping, drilling operations, sample handling, and geophysical interpretation.
* Willingness to be based at our site in Musi Rawas Utara, South Sumatra.
2. Exploration Geologist
The Exploration Geologist is responsible for high-level oversight and technical leadership within our exploration projects.
* Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end exploration cycles, from initial mapping to final reporting.
* Develop coal seam correlation models and build detailed geological models.
* Manage and validate complex geological databases to support resource estimation.
* Coordinate with internal support teams, exploration crews, and third-party stakeholders.
* Ensure all field activities strictly adhere to safety procedures, industry standards, and government regulations.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in coal exploration.
* Expertise in coal resource estimation, geological modeling, and exploration reporting.
* Possession of a Pengawas Pertambangan (POP) or Madya (POM) certification is essential.
* Willingness to be based at our site in Musi Rawas Utara, South Sumatra.
