## Job Profile: Field Operator – Pressure Pumping
The Pressure Pumping division is currently looking for a dedicated Field Operator to support complex projects. This role is pivotal to the company’s Cementing Recovery plan, ensuring that all cementing job audits and service delivery requirements are met with precision.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be expected to manage the daily operations and maintenance of specialized equipment. Your primary duties will include:
* Operational Execution: Operating equipment according to strict client specifications and company safety protocols.
* Technical Preparation: Managing rig-up procedures, connecting to client facilities, and accurately recording technical data, client instructions, and any deviations or incidents.
* Maintenance Oversight: Ensuring all auxiliary and service equipment is maintained, fully operational, and classified as "ready for use."
* Safety Compliance: Reporting any accidents, near-misses, or hazardous conditions immediately and taking proactive measures to protect company assets and the environment.
