## Position Overview: Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff

Key Candidate Requirements
To ensure a seamless fit with our corporate culture and operational demands, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Attitude: A passionate female accounting professional who brings a positive, proactive attitude to the workplace.
* Educational Background: Holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Management from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Finance, Accounting, and Tax Staff member specifically within the manufacturing sector.
* Age Limit: Maximum of 30 years of age.
* Certifications: Must possess valid Brevet A, B, or C tax certifications.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in the Japanese language will be considered a significant competitive advantage.
* Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Location Readiness: Fully willing to work on-site at our facility in Cikarang, West Java.
Core Job Responsibilities
As an integral pillar of our financial department, your day-to-day duties will encompass a wide array of critical fiscal management tasks:
1. Cost Analysis: Thoroughly examine, check, and analyze the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM).
2. Financial Reporting: Review internal financial statements to ensure absolute accuracy and compliance.
3. Transaction Management: Accurately record all accounts payable and receivable transactions.
4. Documentation: Prepare receipts, checks, invoices, and process other essential financial transactions.
5. Cash Flow Control: Manage and meticulously reconcile petty cash, handle bank reconciliations, and oversee daily cash transactions.
6. Tax Compliance: Accurately calculate, prepare, and submit all tax-related documents in a timely manner.
7. Asset Control: Maintain strict internal controls and comprehensive records for company assets.
