1. Radio Operator Staff
The Radio Operator is responsible for maintaining clear, consistent communication during coal transfer operations. By logging and distributing critical data to internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure that barge-to-barge transfers occur safely and efficiently.
* Manage real-time radio communication and maintain accurate documentation of transfer activities.
* Oversee port management protocols to ensure safe and continuous operational flow.
* Minimum Diploma degree in Nautical Studies (ANT III).
* Mandatory possession of a valid ORU Certificate.
* Understanding of radar and radio communication protocols in a maritime port environment.
* Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates with appropriate certifications are encouraged to apply).
* Willingness to be stationed in North Kelanis, Central Kalimantan.
2. Port Engineer
The Port Engineer plays a critical role in the technical integrity of our assets. This position involves managing maintenance schedules, overseeing repairs, and ensuring that our floating equipment functions at peak capacity to meet organizational goals.
* Execute dry docking, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs.
* Provide technical guidance to ensure operations align with business objectives.
* Supervise technical troubleshooting, spare parts procurement, and budget monitoring.
* Minimum Diploma degree in Marine Engineering or possession of an ATT III Marine Certification.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the shipping or shipyard industry.
* Proven sea-service record: minimum 4 years total, including at least 2 years as a Chief Engineer.
* Technical proficiency in ISM code implementation and technical drawing analysis.
* Familiarity with floating crane operations is considered a significant advantage.
* Strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
* Willingness to be stationed in South Kalimantan.
