Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the drive to succeed and the resilience to work in a dynamic environment. To qualify for the SDP, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum D3 or S1 degree from an accredited institution with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
* Field Readiness: Must be willing to perform mobile work in the field, including frequent site visits to interact directly with rubber farmers.
* Soft Skills: Proven leadership potential, combined with strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Professional Discipline: High level of self-discipline, work ethic, and enthusiasm for the role.
* Commitment: Willingness to undergo a six-month intensive on-the-job training program and adhere to a two-year service bond.
* Geographic Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed at any of the PT Kirana Megatara Tbk production facilities across Sumatra and Kalimantan.
