## Role Overview: Fuel Attendant (SPBU Operator)
As a Fuel Attendant, you are the face of the BP AKR brand. You will be responsible for ensuring that every customer who visits our stations receives world-class service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence. Core Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you will be expected to perform the following duties:
* Customer Engagement: Proactively greet customers and provide a seamless, high-quality fueling experience.

* Sales and Promotion: Recommend products, services, and current promotions tailored to the specific needs of our customers.
* Transaction Management: Efficiently manage the Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure accurate and fast processing.
* Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our fuel products and services to act as an informed representative for the brand.
## Requirements for Applicants

1. Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
2. Geographic Flexibility: Willingness to be placed in any of our operating areas, including Jabodetabek, West Java, or East Java.
3. Availability: Must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
